I’m getting an error when I try to purchase a new membership — what’s going on?Updated 2 months ago

If you're seeing an error message when trying to purchase a new Nickelback Club membership, it's most likely because you already have an active membership on your account.

Since the system only allows one active membership per email address, trying to purchase again before your current membership expires will trigger an error. You’ll still receive all your member perks, including access to exclusive content, presales, and your member card — there’s no need to purchase again until your current term ends.

What you can do:

  • Visit your Membership Dashboard: https://nickelback.com/pages/membership to confirm your current membership status

  • If you believe there’s an issue (like a duplicate charge or account error), contact our support team and we’ll be happy to take a look
